Our 30th anniversary

Locally owned since 1997

In the summer of 1997, my mom, Claudia Schaefer, handed me $100 and asked me to write a business plan for the company she was starting with Diane Driscoll. I was finishing my business degree, so I dialed up, found a plan to model it on, and filled in every category. That fall, I went to work for Claudia and Diane. I didn't know it yet, but it was the start of a 30-year career. I never looked back.

1997Summer. Founders Claudia Schaefer and Diane Driscoll set out to start Quality Title, with a $100 business plan written over dial-up. August. Paperwork filed with the Indiana Secretary of State. November. Full-time, getting the first office ready.
1998Quality Title opens its doors in January.
2022Silver anniversary: 25 years of service.
2027Thirty years in August 2027.
